| Abstract: | Job satisfaction is closely linked with to take up work. Based on literatures review at home ＇job satisfaction, influencing factors, variable relation every organization as well as every people who have the ability and abroad, an overview is given from the structure of teachers and the situation of job satisfaction in the paper,and the further research interest on teachers＇job satisfaction is discussed. |
