| 摘 要： | 《学灯》是上海《时事新报》的综合性学术副刊，是“新文化运动”中四大著名副刊之一，鲁迅的《头发的故事》发表在该杂志上；在该刊倾向于保守后，鲁迅曾撰文对其所刊载文章的观点和内容进行批评。通过梳理分析鲁迅与《学灯》的关系，思考影响现代传媒与现代知识分子互动的因素，彰显其历史价值和现实启示意义。
