| 摘 要： | 规划建设新区是驻马店市加快推进新型城镇化的重要举措,是适应全省空间战略调整与变化趋势、建设豫中南新的经济增长极的必然选择,是探索传统农区改革开放新思路和统筹城乡发展的有效途径。在驻马店新区的具体规划上,驻马店必须正确地处理其功能定位和空间布局问题。新区主导产业的选择要符合国际国内产业结构调整和产业转移发展趋势,符合国家？河南省？驻马店市的政策导向,符合驻马店市产业发展方向,符合驻马店城市空间布局,符合驻马店现有产业的整体布局。

| Abstract: | The planning and construction of New District of Zhumadian City, an important measure is to accelerate the urbanization,which is the inevitable choice to adapt to the province＇s space strategy adjustment and the change trend in Henan. Construction of new economic growth pole is an effective way to explore the traditional rural reform and open and balance the urban and rural development. The building of New District should be based on the functional orientation, space layout and theoretical level. And it should in line with the development of Zhumadian overall economy management. |
