| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO,越来越多的企业将走出国门,开展跨国经营,借鉴本土化战略,可部分解决当前我国跨国经营中所存在的问题,积极融入全球经济一体化的浪潮。因此中国跨国公司应制定因地制宜的战略,实施本土化经营战略。而跨国公司的本土化战略势必会对东道国产生一定的影响。本文主要研究跨国公司在当前的新的战略动态和措施下对东道国的正反两方面影响,以及作为东道国对于跨国公司这一影响所应该采取的对策。

| Abstract: | As our country being after joining WTO,more and more enterprises will go abroad,it is trans-nation to launch,draw lessons from and adopt locality strategy,can solve the problem that exist in our country is trans-nation at present partly,dissolve the tide which enters global economic integration actively.So the MNCs has to make the part to revise to global integrated strategy,make the strategy of suiting measures to local conditions,namely realize locality management strategy.And the locality strategy of the MNCs certainly will have a certain impact on host country.This text main research MNCs the pros and cons to the host country influence under present new strategic trends and measure,and as between host country and MNCs this influence countermeasure should taken. |
