| 摘 要： | 网络教育是一把双丸剑，在它广泛积极作用的背后也存在消极的负面影响，甚至引发严重的网络道德失范，因此，认清网络教育的负面影响并采取措施加强网络道德建设已成为高校网络教育值得重视的课题。我们应对网络时代进行理性的审视，采取有效措施，加强网络道德建设，兴利除弊，使网络技术能为我国的现代化建设发挥积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The network education is a double-edged sword ,There are also passive negative e ffect at the back of it's extensive and positive role, and even cause the seriou s moral lost of network. Therefore, what recognize clearly the negative effect o f network education and take effective measures to strengthen the moral construc tion network education has become a think much of the subject in institution of higher education.We should rational scan to the network era, and take effective measures to strengthen the moral construction network education,and promote the beneficial and abolish the harmful, and make network technology bring into play active action for the modernization construction of our country. |
