| 摘 要： | 创立和构建和谐体育既是构建和谐社会的时代要求,是现代体育发展的历史选择,也是体育理论创新的时代需要。和谐体育是人类和谐改造自我身心和开发自身潜能的社会实践活动,由三个维度构成：一是以人与自然的和谐共存为基础和出发点;二是以人与社会的和谐为条件和机制;三是以人与自身的和谐发展为目标和落脚点。和谐体育具有绿色、休闲、人性化等鲜明的时代特征。

| Abstract: | The establishment and construction of harmonious P.E.is not only the requirements of the construction of harmonious society but also the historical choice of contemporary sport development and sports theory innovation.Harmonious P.E.is the social practice of human beings to reform their body and mind and to exploit their potential.It is made up of three dimensions: taking the harmonious coexistence of man and nature as a basis and a starting point; the harmony of man and society as conditions and mechanics;and the harmonious development of human beings themselves as goals.Harmonious P.E.has such outstanding characteristics as green P.E.,recreational P.E.and humanistic P.E. |
