| 摘 要： | 技术创新在现代经济增长中的作用越来越大，技术创新是我国企业在新经济时代面临的现实选择，是企业可持续发展的基础，作为技术创新的主体，大企业和中小企业在技术创新中具有不同的作用，拥有不同的优势。现有的技术创新研究基本上是将大企业和中小企业分裂开来，单纯从市场或市场组织方面孤立地研究某一种类型企业在技术创新方面的情况；而在有关的产业群研究中，又都是从区域经济的角度，从小企业群集的角度来分析，而很少考虑从技术创新的角度，从大企业和中小企业的协同竞合角度来分析，本拟就国内相关研究进展综述，从而给基于产业群的技术创新研究提供立论依据。

| Abstract: | The role in modern economic growth of technological innovation is greater and greater, the technological innovation is the realistic choice that the enterprise of our country faces in new economic era, it is a foundation of continuable development of the enterprise. As the principal part of technological innovation, big enterprises and mid-small sized enterprises have different function during the technological innovation and have different advantages. It is to split the big enterprises and mid-small sized enterprises that the existing technological innovation is studied basically, and is to study the situation in technological innovation of enterprise of a certain kind from market structure or market organize isolated simply. While studying in relevant industry cluster, all are analyzed from the angle of regional economy or the small enterprises cluster, and are not considered from angle of technological innovation and cooperation-competition of big enterprises and mid-small sized enterprises. This text summarize domestic and foreign relevant research, thus offers the basis of setting forth one's views for the technological innovation based on industry cluster. |
