摘    要:教师学习的实质就是要学习、通晓乃至掌握“8项通用能力”,并坚持对真善美和谐统一的追求,内容主要有学科内容及其教法,学生发展,学习者的个体差异,多元化的教学策略、动机和管理,沟通技巧,教学设计,评估或评价,反思性实践和专业化发展以及学校和社区的参与等;其基本特征是实践性、问题性、反思性、关联性和整体性等。

Abstract:The nature of teacher's learning is to learn and master the "eight abilities", and insist on truth, kindness, beauty and harmony. Its main contents include contents and teaching methods of principles, students' development, individual difference of learners, multi-teaching strategies, motivation and management, communicative skills, teaching design, assessment, reflective practice,principle development and participation of schools and communities. Teachers' learning has the features of practicability, question, reflection, correlation, completeness, etc.
