| 摘 要： | 随着我国农业和农村经济发展进入新阶段，以政府推广机构为主体的推广体制已不能适应新阶段的现实要求。借鉴美国农业合作推广体制的一些作法，在我国建立大学农业科技推论,戏是对现行的农业推广体制的改革和创新，又是对其必要的补充和完善。在大学设立农业科技促进中心，在不同生态区建立农业科技示范推广站和示范基地辐射区，以项目，基地吸纳基层推广人员和涉农企业优秀人才，建立全新的推广体制和运行机制。西北农林科技大学是我国科、教单位统筹改革的试点单位，结合科技体制改革，在农业科技推广创新方面进行了大胆的探索和实践。积累了一定的成功经验。

| Abstract: | Government Organization was the main body in the system of agricultural science and technology populatization in China. During the time of the planned economy,it made great contributions to the development of our agriculture and national economy. With the development of China's agri-culture and rural economy,the old institution is lack the ability to meet the realistle requirements of the new situation. On the reference of the cooperative popularization system in America,it isneces-sary to establish innovation system of agricultural science and technology popularization in China' U-niversity,wich may not only reform and innovate current agricultural popularization system,but also complement and perfect the system. it reqnires to set up promotion center of agricultural science and technology in university,establish the radiation zone of the popularization station and demonstration base of agricultural science and technology in different environmental zone ,attract popularizer and a-gricultural related outstanding person,establish completely-new popularization system and operation mechanism. Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry is one of the experimental u-nit of science and education reform plan. Combined with the reformation of science and technology system ,some exploration and practice in the aspects of the innovation of agrialltural science and technology popularization are made. Certain successful experiences have been accumulated. |
