摘    要:运用问卷调查法对高校“三选”课和传统体育课学生进行调查发现:2种教学均有助于提高学生的学习动机,“三选”课在切合学生实际需要、提高大学生的学习兴趣、增强其主动参与意识、形成良好的教学关系上较传统体育课有较好效果,并受到广大学生的普遍欢迎.

Abstract:Carries on the investigation using the questionnaire survey law to the universities" Three selection" class and the traditional physical education student to discover that, Two kind of teaching are helpful to enhance student's study motive" Three selection" class in to suit the student actual need, to enhance university student's study interest, strengthen it on own initiative the sense of participation, to form in the good teaching relations to compare the traditional physical education to have a better effect and receives the general students' universal welcome.
