| Abstract: | In the process of building a college or department of physical education in the west of China, there are some rules to be followed: being open - minded; olrengthening the conventional management and attach importance to the training of the teaching staff; paying attention to the cultivation of students' characters and innovation. The building of college or department of physical education in the west of China will surely benefit from these rules and have bright future in the fierce competition. |
