| 摘 要： | 通过以知识流为中心的知识价值链理论的分析，借用生物发酵机理，提出知识发酵模型，以揭示知识价值链中知识转移、知识增长与知识转化过程的内在机理和一般规律，进而分析和研究影响知识价值链活动的各种要素和它们的作用方式，以此强化知识流管理。

| Abstract: | The model of knowledge ferment is based on mechanism of the creature fermnt analyzing knowledge flow discovers the micro and macro laws in transmitting and innovating knowledge. The internal and external causes affecting innovation were pointed out in knowledge value chain either. Therefore, the management of knowledge flow can be enhanced. |
