| 摘 要： | 对芒萁根茎黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优化研究。采用乙醇提取法，在单因素的基础上，进行正交试验。结果表明，其最佳提取条件为：乙醇体积分数为60％，提取温度80℃，料液比1：20，提取时间2．5h，总黄酮得率为15．9％。经大孔吸附树脂初步纯化后，黄酮粉中的黄酮质量分数可由53．98％上升到484．09％。

| Abstract: | The extraction technology optimization of flavonoids in rhizome of Dicrano pteris pedata was studied. By means of ethanol-extracting, orthogonal design was used based on single factor analysis. The results showed that, the best extraction condition was： ethanol concentration 60%, extrating temperature 80~C, ratio of solid to liquid 1：20 and extrating duration 2.5 h, After primary purification with macroporous resin, the content of increased from 53.98% to 84.09%. and the flavonoids yield was 15.9%. flavonoids in flavonoids powder was |
