芒萁根茎黄酮类化合物的提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:对芒萁根茎黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优化研究。采用乙醇提取法,在单因素的基础上,进行正交试验。结果表明,其最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为60%,提取温度80℃,料液比1:20,提取时间2.5h,总黄酮得率为15.9%。经大孔吸附树脂初步纯化后,黄酮粉中的黄酮质量分数可由53.98%上升到484.09%。

Abstract:The extraction technology optimization of flavonoids in rhizome of Dicrano pteris pedata was studied. By means of ethanol-extracting, orthogonal design was used based on single factor analysis. The results showed that, the best extraction condition was: ethanol concentration 60%, extrating temperature 80~C, ratio of solid to liquid 1:20 and extrating duration 2.5 h, After primary purification with macroporous resin, the content of increased from 53.98% to 84.09%. and the flavonoids yield was 15.9%. flavonoids in flavonoids powder was
