| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神动力和精神支撑。中华民族精神渊源于中华民族五千年的文明史。学习中华民族悠久的历史，了解中华民族的灿烂文明，必定会激发全体人民的自尊心、自信心和自豪感，培养爱国情感，增强民族凝聚力、向心力，不断振奋民族精神，从而为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而奋斗。中国历史在弘扬和培育民族精神方面具有不可替代的作用。

| Abstract: | National spirit is the intellectual drive and supporting force on which a nation relies for existence and development.The spirit of China can be dated back to a history of 5000 years.The Chinese history is indispensable in carrying forward our national culture and ethics in that to study the long history of China and to better our understanding of the glorious civilization will no doubt stimulate the national self-esteem,self-confidence and sense of pride,strengthen the cohesiveness and centrality of the Chinese people,inspire the whole nation constantly with enthusiasm to strive for the great rejuvenation of our motherland. |
