摘    要:改革开放以来,大量的农村青壮年纷纷外出打工,留下年幼子女在当地生活,形成了“留守儿童”这一特殊群体,对他们的管理、教育方面都存在诸多问题,并且已成为当前民族地区农村的普遍现象.因此,各级党委、政府和社会各界均应予以高度重视,采取一系列有效措施,共同为留守儿童营造健康成长的良好环境.

An Analysis of the Situation of Rural "Left-Behind" Children's living and Education in Minority Regions

Abstract:Since "Reform and Opening - up", a large number of rural young adults have worked away from their home- towns, leaving their young children behind. There have been many problems on how to manage and educate these children, which should be paid high attention to by different level governments and all circles of society and the related effective strategies should be taken to build a good environment for these "left - behind" children' s healthy growth.
