| 摘 要： | 高校学报档案管理工作对高校的教学、科研工作有着重要作用。针对高校学报档案管理的现状，学报档案管理工作亟需加强。高校学报要强化档案意识，对档案员进行业务培训，进一步开发利用档案资源，更好地为高校教育事业服务。
