新兴技术企业中知识员工的绩效考核模型研究——以深圳市中兴移动通信有限公司为例

摘    要:在对新兴技术、知识员工深入分析的基础上,构建了新兴技术企业中知识员工的绩效考核模型,并以深圳市中兴移动通信有限公司为例,运用多层次模糊综合评价法对研发人员A进行绩效考核,最后对绩效考核结果提出若干建议.

Abstract:This paper sets up a performance assessment model of learned workers in new technology enterprises based on the research of new technologies and learned workers.Taking Shenzhen ZTE Mobile Communication Co.,Ltd for example,the paper uses Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to appraise research personnel A.Finally,the paper approaches the results of performance appraisal with some suggestions.
