| 摘 要： | 循环经济评价是对循环经济实施效果的评价,也是不断改进循环经济发展的重要依据。构建了重化工业循环经济发展的综合评价指标体系,包括经济、能源和环境三个方面,其中以能源和环境指标为考察重点共19个指标。采用投影寻踪综合评价法对中国2006年和2007年重化工业15个行业的循环经济发展状况进行评价,结果表明:2007年重化工业15个行业的循环经济发展水平总体来说高于2006年,且各个行业的循环经济发展水平均有所变化,其中变化较大的是有色金属冶炼及压延加工业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业等。

| Abstract: | Assessment of recycling economy is to evaluate its implementation effect,also an important basis for improving its development.Through establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system,including economic,energy and environmental dimensions,there are totally 19 indicators of which focus on energy and environmental indicators,then using projection pursuit to assess the development of recycling economy of heavy and chemical industry,concluding 15 industries in 2006 and 2007,the results show that the level of the development of recycling economy in 2007 is higher than in 2006,and the level of circular economy development of every industries changed,of which manufacture & processing of non-ferrous metals and manufacture & processing of ferrous metals had great changes. |
