钙与运动性疲劳

摘    要:目前,有关钙离子代谢与运动性肌肉疲劳的研究十分活跃,但都是从线粒体、肌浆网单方面因素考虑的.本文旨把有关钙与运动性肌肉疲劳的线粒体、肌浆网的孤立研究联系起来,通过综述方法从线粒体钙、肌浆网钙两个方面具体阐述运动性肌肉疲劳产生的机制.结果表明,线粒体钙和肌浆网钙在运动性肌肉疲劳中起重要作用,并且二者的作用不是孤立的而是联系起来的.

Abstract:Nowadays researches are very active on calcium ion metabolism and exercise fatigue,but most of them are concentrated only on mitochondria or sarcoplasmic reticulum.In this article,the isolated researches on exercise fatigue of mitochlondria and sarcoplasmic retculum with respect to calcium were found to be correlated.Detailed review was given on the mechanism of exercise fatigue generation from the view of mitochondria calcium and sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium. The result indicates that mitochondria calcium and sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium play a very important part in exercise fatigue.And the two functions are not isolated but correlated.
