| 摘 要： | 目前,高等师范院校排球教学中存在着只注重学生技术、战术的培养,忽视体育教学综合技能提高的现象,这违背了师范院校的办学目的、办学方向。在排球教学中,教学能力、教育能力、裁判能力十分重要。教学能力包括语言表达能力、动作示范能力、错误动作辨别能力、组织教学能力;教育能力包括文明礼貌教育组织纪律教育、道德品质教育;裁判能力理论与实践相结合。学生能力培养应贯穿教学过程始终,在大纲中明确规定,在教案上具体安排,在课堂上具体实施。

| Abstract: | At present,people only pay attention to training the ss' technique and tactics5However, they neglect the improving of comprehensive skill in P. E. teaching in the Teachers' Vniversity. This goes against the aim and direction for running a school of the Teachers Vniversity. In the volleyball teaching, teaching ability educating ability and judging ability is very important. The teaching ability includes expressing ability, demonstrating ability, distinguishing the wrong acts ability and organizing teaching ability. The educating ability includes manners education,collective discipline education,and moral character education. For the judging ability, theory and practice should be integrated. Train-ning the Ss'ability should run through the whole teaching course, which should be provided clearly in outline,arranged specificly in teaching plan,concretly carried out in class |
