| Abstract: | This article applies " self ?control theory" to teaching volleyball. During the course of teaching we persist in teacher's guiding role, and at the same time emphasize student's self -control function when learning technical exercises, the purpose of which is to develop the student's thinking and character so as to search for a new way to increase teaching quality. |
