| 摘 要： | 通过对高校体育教学改革的一些具体情况的分析,从“全民健身”和“终身体育”的角度出发,提出了要重视体育课的理论教学,重视改革传统的教学内容,重视提高教师的业务水平,以适应教学改革的发展。

| Abstract: | The present article is based on the analysis of the concrete current tertiary -level physical education reform and it proceeds from the viewpoint of "Keep-fit for the entiren ation" and "life ?long physical education". The author argues that great importance should be attached to thd theoretical instruction of physycal education, the reformation of traditional instruction content,and the improvement of the teachers' professional proficiency so as to keep abreast of the development instruction reform. |
