| 摘 要： | 男子三级跳远是世界大赛正式比赛项目之一。近年来三级跳远成绩不断提高，这同三级跳远技术发生深刻变化相关很大。运用献资料综述法、归纳分析法对三级跳远的技术核心，进行了全面的对比分析，提出了要提高我国男子三级跳远水平应注意的问题。
