| 摘 要： | 太极拳作为民族传统体育的宝贵遗产。在大学体育教学中受到广大师生的欢迎,并得到不断的推广。根据教学中出现的情况,尝试采用不同的教学方法进行比较,着重研究了太极拳的教学步骤,在实践中采用模仿、分组观察、比赛的练习手段,摸索出一套独特的教学方法,使练习方法多样化,提高了学习的积极性,达到了练得活,学得快的目的。另一方面强调意识与呼吸、动作三者紧密的结合,构成了太极拳在练习方法上的整体和内外的统一性,这与我国医学在治疗上的整体观念是一致的。在教学的过程中按照循序渐进的原则,对四个班进行了阶段教学经验的总结、归纳,为进一步提高教学质量,提供相应的依据。

| Abstract: | Shadow boxing is inherited as a great sport treasure, because our Party and government have paid great attention to it. As a substance in physical education and a means of physical training, shadow boxing is very popular and has been spread among the university teachers and students. How to improve the teaching of show boxing is what this article approaches. According to the situation in teaching, the author has compared different teaching methods and paid much attention to the steps in teaching shadow boxing, so he has found out a set of unique way of teaching shadow boxing. In practice, the author has adopted means of imitation, observation in groups and competition to vary the way of practicing and raise the,initiative of the students in learning, so that they can learn quickly and lively. On the other hand, the author has emphasized the combination of consciousness, breath and action, which has formed the unity between entirety and the inside and outside of body in the way of learning shadow boxing. This is consistent with the idea of entirety in medical treatment uf our country. In accordance with the principle of advancing in an orderly way and step by step, the author has summed up his stage teaching experience of four classes and provided appropriate basis for improving teaching stili further. |
