| 摘 要： | 对城乡体育公共服务、城乡一体化等概念进行了界定,对城乡体育公共服务一体化发展思路和模式进行了分析与探讨。在此基础上,构建城乡体育公共服务一体化发展的保障体系结构,并对其法规政策保障、资金投入保障、人力资源保障、场地设施保障、组织机构保障、信息宣传保障和评价监督保障等内容进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Defining the terms like urban and rural sports public service,urban and rural public sports service and the urban and rural integration,this paper makes analysis and probe into the development thoughts and model of the urban and rural integration in public sports service.Based on this,it establishes the development security architecture for the development of urban and rural integration in public sports service,and elaborates the secuity of regulations and policies,funding,human resource security,infrastructure,institutional framework,information publicity and evaluation supervision,etc. |
