| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，跨国直接投资迅速发展，究其原因，除了作为市场主体的企业自身发展机制决定这一扩张行为之外，也与国际经济结构、对外经济环境和企业战略转变等因素密切相关。跨国公司以直接投资为主体的全球经济活动，推动了国际化和世界经济的融合，同时也深刻地影响了当代国际关系。跨国直接投资不仅使经济一体化和集团化趋势同时得到加强，而且在给各国带来一定经济利益的同时，使国家经济主权的相对削弱成为可能。

| Abstract: | Since nineties in twenty century to come, the course of globalization speeds up, the direct investment of multinational company develop quickly and plays an important role to push it. Besides itself development mechanism of enterprise as market main body which determine its expanding behavior, it has relation to international economic structure, outside economic environment and enterprise stratagem transformation. The development of multinational direct investment deeply influences the world economic pattern and international relation. This paper analyses its courses of developments and the impact bringing about to inter-national economic relation. |
