| 摘 要： | 中等职业教育的特点是以能力培养为主,着重提高学生的动手能力,培养社会所必需的技术型、应用型人才。中职教育应把人才培养目标定位于面向生产一线,而实验实训教学恰是实现这一培养目标不可替代的教学环节。分析了中职学校实验实训面临的困境,给出了实验实训与有效教学的有机结合的对策与途径。

| Abstract: | The feature of secondary vocational education lies mainly in the capacity building, focusing on improving the ability in practice and cultivating technical and application-based talent for the society.The aim of secondary vocational education is to train the people who can work on the production front and lab training is one of the irreplaceable teaching modules to achieve such an aim.The article tries to analyze the difficulties we are facing,and tries to point out several measures to make an organic combination of Lab training and effective teaching. |
