| 摘 要： | 根据运动技能形成的基本规律,对篮球基本技术的教学进行了"条件限制练习法"的设计与研究。研究结果表明:此教学法有利于突破篮球基本技术的关键环节,对正确动作技能的形成起到了积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | According to the rule under which the sports skill forms,this article carries on the design and the research on the application of "Method of Limited Condition Practice" to the teaching of basic basketball technology.The result indicates that this teaching method is advantageous in breaking through the essential link in the basic technology,which would promote the forming of the true sports skills. |
