| 摘 要： | 在《人类的潜能》一书中,谢弗勒十分鲜明地指出,长期以来,我们对潜能概念的错误理解已经在教育实践中造成了不良的影响。因此,他重构了潜能这一概念,提出了作为形成中的可能性、倾向性和能动性的潜能。正是在此基础上,笔者经过研究发现,潜能研究对于学生的发展具有重要的价值:可能性——使"人人获得发展"变为现实,倾向性——是"教育者研究学生"的起点,能动性——使"人的主动发展"成为可能。
