| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育中的人才培养模式一直是我国教育领域关注的焦点。综观当前人才培养的各种模式,无疑都将面临着深层次的矛盾与问题,是一种＂应激式＂的变革。本文从教育与生产领域的不同属性进行客观分析,提出项目型导师负责制的人才培养模式,力图从模式构筑思想、设计技术、课程设置、教学团队和实现机制上进行＂自主式＂变革,以探寻高等职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的有效途径。
