| 摘 要： | 加强社会主义民主与法制建设，需要法学教育的大发展。社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和发展，为法学教育的改革与发展提供了一个极好的机遇。改革和发展法学教育，是促进社会全面进步的需要，是我国顺利进行对外开放，成功进行国际竞争的重要保证。进一步落实法学教育的重要战略地位；进一步改革法学教育体制；紧紧抓住提高法学教育质量的环节。

| Abstract: | The construction and perfection of socialist democracy and legal system requires a great development of education of the science of law. Establishment and development of the system of socialist market economy provides the best opportunity for the reformation and development of the education of the science of law Reforming and deveolping the education of the science of law will promote progress of society in all round way, and are on important guaranty for implementation of the open policy and success in international competition.Strategic position of education of the science of law must be emphasized, further re formation of the system to generate the improvement of it's quality must be carried through. |
