| 摘 要： | 私有化鼓吹者制造＂国＂＂民＂对立论,掩盖资本主义私有经济的实质,离间社会主义国家和国有经济与人民大众的关系;煽动＂国退民进＂歪风,企图逼迫国有经济退出一切竞争性领域;捏造＂国进民退＂对政府施压,意欲使＂国退民进＂成为改革的定势和准则,加快私有化的步伐;谎称国家垄断是我国分配不公的＂祸首＂,企图将民众的不满情绪转向国有经济,让私人资本进占国有经济的现存阵地,实现全面的私有化。本文揭露他们的手法,从理论和实践上分析其错误,并指出社会主义初级阶段具有很强的过渡性质,强调改革必须以初级阶段历史任务的实现为目标,在基本经济制度中突出公有制的主体地位和国有经济的主导作用。
