摘    要:劳资关系是人们在生产过程中发生的经济关系.生产资料所有制决定劳资关系的性质.社会主义初级阶段是以公有制为主体、多种经济成分并存的所有制结构.劳资关系有多种类型,劳资矛盾不断发生.正确认识和处理劳资关系,保护劳动者的合法权益,防止发生劳资纠纷,不仅关系经济发展,而且关系社会稳定.
