| 摘 要： | 在当前形势下,经济社会发展相对落后的贵州省需要积极探讨“政府主导、加大投资、吸引人才、拓展市场”的新型工业化发展道路,具体要做好7个方面的工作.其一,必须在政府的主导下切实加大投资的力度,有效地连接国内、国际资本市场；其二,要吸引优秀的人才到贵州共谋发展大业；其三,要坚持改革开放和创新,面向省内外市场科学地调整经济结构；其四,要努力建设现代农业；其五,要大力推进第三产业发展；其六,要科学推进城镇化,既发挥城市化的作用,又抑制城市化的弊端,以城镇化取代城市化,最终实现新型工业化；其七,要突出重点,实现突破.
