| 摘 要： | 深入贯彻落实科学发展观和积极探索低碳经济发展,需要深刻揭示科学发展观与低碳经济发展之间的内在联系.笔者揭示并分析了两者之间的8种联系:低碳经济观是科学发展观的新经济发展观,发展低碳经济是科学发展观的内在要求,发展低碳经济是科学发展观的实践途径,发展低碳经济必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,科学发展观视野下低碳经济发展是一项系统工程,科学发展观视野下的低碳经济发展目标是构建和谐社会,科学发展观视野下的低碳经济是中国特色低碳经济,科学发展观对各国发展低碳经济具有国际意义.
