| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑演绎等研究方法,对当前制约我国民族传统体育发展的诸多因素进行分析与研究,提出：＂创新求变＂乃我国民族传统体育发展之必由途径,同时强调：我国民族传统体育发展不应该仅仅停留在保护的层面上,要与时俱进;要以其民族性为本,广泛借鉴与溶摄新体育文化与思想;要勇于创新,在创新中求保护、在创新中谋求更大的发展。

| Abstract: | With the methods of the documents,interview and logical deduction,the paper analyzes carefully many restricting factors on the current national traditional sports development.It has been put forward that "Innovation and Change" is the development way of national traditional sports,and also emphasizes that the development of national traditional sports should not only be based on the level of protection,but also on the advance with the times;taking the peculiar national character as the foremost to absorb extensively new sports culture and ideas;and innovating boldly to seek protection and greater development. |
