| Abstract: | The State Council approved its development for helping the poor and ecological construction area of Bijie in June of 1988,which marked a formal starting of Bijie experiment.After the practice of 20 years,Bijie has made great achievements,the experience of karst poverty-stricken areas and rapid eco-so-cial development has important reference. |
