高校实验室队伍的“5P”建设模式

摘    要:实验室队伍的建设是实验室建设的关键因素。从实验室队伍的现状来看,实验室队伍的整体水平较低,要改变这种现状,可以参照人力资源管理的"5P"建设模式,在实验室队伍的识人、选人、用人、育人、留人等方面采取相应的建设举措,从而建立一支高素质、高水平、高效能的实验室队伍。

Abstract:The construction of laboratory team is the key factor of the laboratory construction.From the current situation of the laboratory team,the laboratory team overall level is quite low.To change this situation,the construction of laboratory team should adopt the corresponding construction measures in recognizing,choosing,educating,employing and holding talents,referencing human resources management "5P" construction mode,so as to establish a high quality,high level and high efficiency of the laboratory team.
