| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育和继续教育是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是普通高等教育的补充和延伸,是高等学校服务于社会的重要渠道。以问题引入的方式,分析讨论了地方本科院校在成人高等教育与继续教育改革及发展过程中面临的困难与挑战,并从红河学院成人教育改革与发展的定位、目标、指导思想、管理体制、办学模式、组织建设、学科建设、教学质量评价与监督等多个方面提出了一些思考,期望引发更深入的思考和拓展研究。

| Abstract: | Adult Education and Continuing Education is an important part of Chinese Lifelong Education System.It is the General Advanced Education of China supplement and extension,and the important channels of servicing the society.This paper discussed the Local Colleges in Adult Education and Continuing Education Reform and Development facing difficulties and challenges.From the location,objectives,guidelines,management system,the school system,organization,discipline construction,the quality of teaching and evaluation,this paper discusses a series of consideration and results expectations of a more in-depth consideration and expand research. |
