| 摘 要： | 农村妇女长期处于农村政治资源分配的边缘，土地权益受到村规民约、风俗习惯、宗法制度等民间法的排斥，受教育程度要比男性低。实现农村妇女的发展权，必须解决农村妇女的政治权、土地权和受教育权。要高度重视对农村妇女权利的保障，建立和完善农村妇女土地权益保护的完整的法律体系，教育立法应当充分关注农村妇女的受教育权，建立农村妇女权益保障的行政执法体系和诉讼救济体系。

| Abstract: | Village women have long been ignored by allocation of political resources and their rights and benefits were excluded by the local customs,traditions and laws and regulations.Their educations remained at a low level when compared with males.To achieve village women' right of development,it is a must to give them political right,land ownership and right of education.This article emphasizes on the right of village women,building up a complete laws system to protect their right of land ownership.Educational legislations should pay close attention to female's right of education and the construction of system of administrative enforcement and legal relief. |
