| 摘 要： | 基层党校是新形势下加强党员队伍思想理论建设、教育和培训基层各级干部、全面提高城乡干部思想政治素质的重要阵地,对于增强基层党组织的战斗力和党的执政能力,发挥着至关重要的基础性作用,基层党校如何在新形势下求真务实、开拓创新、发挥主阵地,已成为进一步推动基层党校建设不断迈上新台阶的时代要求和新的挑战。本文结合基层党校培训工作的新要求,探讨推进基层党校建设的思想与对策。
