| 摘 要： | 中共中央和中央红军进驻陕北后,为适应建立抗日民族统一战线的需要,适时实施了从"苏维埃共和国"向"人民共和国"和"民主共和国"的体制转换。根据新近共产国际解密档案资料和中共有关文献可获知,中共延安政权从苏维埃体制向抗日民主体制的转换,源于共产国际的指示,始于中共中央的决策,成于南京政府的认同。这一体制转换的成果,集中体现在中华苏维埃共和国中央政府改制为中华民国特区政府(即陕甘宁边区政府),中国工农红军改编为国民革命军八路军、新四军。这是历史潮流所向,时势剧变所致。

| Abstract: | The CPC central committee made proper system change from soviet Republic to People's Republic and Democratic Public after entering Shanbei. According to some concerning deocuments from international materials,the change in Yan'an was made with the guidance of International and the permission of Nanjing Government. The result is that the Chinese soviet Republic Central Government because China's Special Zone Government,and Red Army was changed into National Revolutionary Eighth Army,New Fourth Army. This is also the result of historical trends and situational changes. |
