我国单板U型场地滑雪运动员运动损伤研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和统计分析等方法对单板U型场地滑雪运动员的损伤情况进行流行病学调查。结果发现创伤呈多发性,发病部位集中于膝、腰、臀、踝和前臂。运动损伤与专项训练关系密切,保护措施不够、缺乏运动损伤知识、场地和天气原因是造成运动损伤的前三位因素。损伤以扭伤、骨折、挫伤等急性损伤为主。提示该运动是一个难度大,危险性高,损伤治疗困难,对训练影响大的项目。建议在今后的训练中加强对损伤的防范意识;充分做好训练前的准备活动和训练后的疲劳恢复,控制训练节奏和负荷量,防止过度疲劳;强化易损伤部位的肌肉力量训练;注意检查、修缮场地,从而保证训练、比赛的正常进行。

Abstract:With the methods of documentary information,visitation,questionnaire and statistical analysis,the article has an epidemiological investigation on the half-pipe snowboarders' sports injuries.The results shows that these repetitious traumas fasten on waist,knee,buttocks,ankle and forearm.Insufficient safeguard,poor trauma knowledge,field and weather are the first three factors causing the sports injury which has consanguineous relation with special training and which mainly are wrench,fracture,contusion and so acute traumas.It indicates this difficult and dangerous event is heavily influenced by the traumas which therapy is not easy.For ensuring the training or competition on the rails,it suggests to reinforce the players' preventive consciousness against sports injury in future training,has a well warm-up before training and recover from fatigue in time after training,control the training rhythm and load against over-fatigue,enhance muscle strength training of incidental injury part,inspect and repair the half-pipe field.
