桃树果实中氯氰菊酯农药的微生物降解特性研究

摘    要:对降解桃树果实中氯氰菊酯农药的混合微生物进行试验,结果表明该混合微生物发挥最优降解效果的水浴温度为32℃,喷洒时间为9:00,菌体浓度OD600nm为0.9,大田施用3d、5d、7d后,氯氰菊酯农药的去除率分别可达56%、80%、92%.

Abstract:The cypermethrin degrading microbe was applied in peach fruit. Results showed that the mixed microorganism had best cypermethrin degradation capability at initial temperature of 32℃, insufflating time at 9:00, microbe concentration of 0.9. After 3days, cypermethrin could be dispelled of 56%. After 5 days, cypermethrin could be dispelled of 80%. After 7 days, cypermethrin could be dispelled of 92%.
