| 摘 要： | 按摩公共选修课已成为高校学生选修的热门课程。在实践教学过程中发现：课程建设滞后、教学方法陈旧、教学管理缺乏规范等问题严重影响其教学质量。对高校按摩公共选修课教学实践进行深入研究并提出合理化建议,是提高高校按摩公共选修课教学质量之关键。
