| 摘 要： | 社会分层作为一种固有现象，从古至今一直存在于人们的社会生活之中。处于转型期的中国社会正在经历一场全面而深刻的社会变革。在这个过程中，社会资源重新配置，社会利益结构重新调整，社会分层的结构和机制也发生急剧变化，这种变化还对我国的社会发展带来了积极和消极两方面的作用。探讨转型期我国社会分层的变化对社会发展的作用，既要看到其积极的促进作用，更要承认它所存在的问题，及时调整政策、对症下药，以使我国的社会分层更加合理化。

| Abstract: | Social stratification has been existing ever since the ancient times as an intrinsic phenomenon. The Chinese society is experiencing comprehensive and profound changes during which there occur the redistribution of social resources and readjustment of interest structure. These changes play a role that is at the same time positive and negative. Adjustment to our policies should be made to deal with the relative problems toward the goal of a gradually more reasonable social stratification. |
