| 摘 要： | 几年来，学术界的不正之风大有愈演愈烈之势，学术丑闻不断曝光，引起全社会的广泛关注。学报作为论文公开发表的主要载体之一，在推进优良学风的建设中担当着重要的责任，学报编辑要严格执行稿件采用标准，积极推动制度建设和相关法律的完善，认真负责，精益求精，大胆开展舆论监督，以扭转不良学风蔓延的局面。

| Abstract: | In recent years, an unhealthy tendency of academic circles is getting stronger and stronger, many academic scandals have been revealed, and have attracted attention of whole society. As a main carrier of thesis publishing, the journal plays a great part in the construction of good academic atmosphere. The journal editors should carry out the thesis standards strictly and be responsible for the thesis quality. In addition, we should proceed the construction of regulations and widely supervision of public opinion. Only these measures can change the situation of the pervasiveness of bad academic atmosphere. |
