高职院校人事制度改革的实践与思考

摘    要:人事制度改革是高职院校寻求持续发展的切入点之一,是一个复杂的系统工程,其重点是聘任制和分配制度改革。在实施高职院校人事制度改革的过程中,要坚持以科学发展观为理论指导、坚持以人为本的办学理念,通过深化教师聘任制改革、健全分配激励机制,积极探索人事制度改革的新方法,分析人事分配制度改革取得的成效与存在的问题,不断深化高职院校人事制度改革。

Abstract:Personnel system reform is one of the key points of the sustainable development for the higher vocational college,which is a complicated and systematic project,mainly focusing on engagement system and distribution system reform.This paper aims to take scientific development outlook as theoretical guidance and insist on the people-oriented college-running concept to further the personnel system reform in higher vocational college.
