| 摘 要： | 为充分利用军事院校在教学管理方面的优势,调动学员的学习积极性,提出教员、队干部和学员三位一体的教学模式,使对学员的教育形成一个整体教育.通过2007年和2008年四个学期的教学实践,这种教学模式得到学员队干部的广泛支持和学员的喜爱,在高等数学的教学中成效显著.
