| 摘 要： | 高等教育进入大众化阶段之后,学籍管理暴露出诸多问题。为适应新形势高校教育的发展,必须更新学籍管理理念,完善学籍管理制度,强化学籍管理现代化手段,提升学籍管理人员素质,重视学籍管理人员队伍建设,提高学籍管理的效率和质量。
